Notes.
This past weekend I put about 150 Public Radios in the mail, bringing our Kickstarter fulfillment essentially to a close (note: you might not expect it, but a decent number of Kickstarter backers never tell you where to send their rewards). This milestone was four days late - which on one hand I'm proud of, but  on the other late is indeed late.

The fun thing now is that we get to set up a continuous system that'll process orders on a daily basis. More soon :)

Planning & Strategy.

Making & Manufacturing.

Maintenance, Repair & Operations.

Distribution & Logistics.

Inspection & Testing.

Tangents.

A collection of late 19th century Japanese fireworks catalogs.

Thanks as always to our recurring donors for supporting The Prepared. Credit also to David and Zach for sending links.

Love, Spencer.

p.s. - We should be better friends. Send me a note - coffee's on me :)

p.p.s - We care about inclusivity. Here's what we're doing about it.
